Delivering high-quality urban development

British Land has a strong track record of delivering high-quality urban development across London and the rest of the UK.

Below are some case studies of developments we have undertaken in London.

Broadgate is a 32-acre campus owned in a 50:50 joint venture with GIC. It is the largest pedestrianised neighbourhood in Central London: a diverse community connecting innovation and finance, and a public arena for new food, retail and culture.

Regent’s Place is a 13-acre, fully managed campus attracting over 20,000 people every working day. It is the gateway to London’s vibrant West End, progressive Camden, fashionable Soho and intellectual Knowledge Quarter with a strong socially inclusive agenda and links to the local community.
